These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your consent to receive text messages from Natural Health Center of the Dakotas, LLC (“NHC Dakotas,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through our website, our online booking system, an intake form in our office, or by texting us directly — you agree to these Terms.
What You'll Receive
NHC Dakota's SMS program sends appointment-related messages, including appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, and other scheduling updates related to services at Natural Health Center of the Dakotas. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to receive them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity. You should generally expect no more than a few messages per scheduled appointment.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. NHC Dakotas is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to these messages.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers.
Opting In Is Never Required
Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving services from Natural Health Center of the Dakotas, LLC. You can decline or opt out of texting at any time and continue to be a client without any change to the services you receive.
Your Information
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
